its in rather good condition
i think it may be brittish but im not sure
cause it says something about George VI

It may not be worth much, but give it a few years (10) and maybe the value could go up. Don't hold you breath. I had loads of half pennies but got rid of them in the end. Your best bet is to go to a specialist or someone who collects coins.

the 1937 1/2 penny from GB is KM# 844 and had a mintage of about 24,504,000. It is not a rare date and can be found in U.S. dealers world coin boxes for .25-.35 cents.

If the right collecter wants one it's worth what ever you name the price,but i wouldn't get your hopes up.Good luck though.
