I feel naucious for a couple days before my period..is that ok? I don't get cramps just nauzea. Nothing is wrong, right? my mom and sister don't get naucious. just me..

This is a very normal feeling and happens to a lot of women, including myself before their cycle starts for the month. It has to do with the fluctuations in your hormones that takes place before you start. This can sometimes leave you feeling icky, maybe even a little feverish or nauseous. It's nothing to worry about. It's just something that you are going to experience even though the other members of your family don't. There are things that you can do though. You can take Benedryl, it's great for nausea, may make you a little sleepy though. Also there is Midol for PMS symptoms. All of them. That would probably be great for you too. Sometimes even taking a birth control pill can help alleviate the hormonal imbalance that most of us experience. Just think it over and relax. This is completely normal, every girl can experience their period in a different way. Be happy becuase you get a warning, some don't get any at all. Be happy you do't get cramps!

I usally get nausciaus before my period too! It really stinks. I remember one time I was walking down the hallway and I ran into a boy by accident and I almost threw up on him because I ran into him really fast. It made me feel sick because of the sudden motion of falling back. He was like are you okay? LoL! I was like ummm... sorry! Don't worry you are perfectly nomral.
