who is Rizal? and i don't believe you need 'legal basis' for teaching any subject in a school. schools are for getting educated, about anything, about things you believe in, and things you don't, thinks you agree with, and things you don't. it's just a learning resource. you are supposed to make up your own mind about what you learn.
