nvidia geforce 7600 gs drivers?

i just got a new nVidia GeForce 7600 GS in my computer so i could play Call of Duty 4. When i play though, everyone that i look at is just a black body shaped blob. Do i need to get some video drivers? If so where can I get them from?

choose your os and all that junk and there will be all the drivers.
