DIY holographic?

I'm trying to combine some holographic into my project and I found this clip that teach us how to DIY holographic...the problem is I'm not quite good at English and I cant really understand, anyone can please list it down the step by step guide? Thanks in advance...it's urgent!

You're wanting to make a "hologram"... an illusion. (the word holographic can apply to a lot of different things you don't mean).
