If you mean "Can I copy Windows from my work PC to my Home PC?" - then the answer is NO!!!!!!!!

Not only do you have to have Administrative privileges (to be able to ACTUALLY do it), it is also ILLEGAL to STEAL software from work.

DO NOT attempt this - unless you want to get fired and/or arrested >:(

Depending on the problem may be able to fix it using a Linux LiveCD such as Knoppix (knopper.net). Knoppix is an Operating System (such as Windows) that runs completely from a CD and RAM. You are able to access your files, run regedit, and even do a chkdsk (fixntfs command on Knoppix).

But again, it all depends on what's going on with the machine. If you wouldn't mind posting that information it would good.
