While the answer to this question is patentlynegative because man is the only animal which laughs. but that statement contains an unassailable truth. When one is happy one is driven internally to give out one's best. With a happy cow well fed and well cared for her secretion of milk would be certainly higher. They say that in Australia they have sweet, soothing music played in the stables and they have found that the yield of cows milk is higher The story is trold of a farmer who had taken his old cow which had stopped yielding less and lesser milk and threatened to become fallow. There was also no chance of her conceiving again for she was an old hag. He sold her to a butcher and returned home with a heavy heart. But to his surprise the cow had reached back to her stable even before him.He was overwhelmed and decided to keep her refunding the price. And he found to his surprise the next day she started yielding milk in fact more and more milk and continjued to do so till she dies a few monthes later. She was a laughing cow which showered her bounty on the farmer. The various devices for increasing the yield of milk are all right but the most potent way is to keep the cow contended. It is not for nothing that Krishna's cow hordes attacked the 'asura" who had entered the stable in fhe form of a cow to harm Krishna who was playing there. Happy hordes of cows are even known to fight a tiger come for their calves and drive him away whimpering.Poor fellow he cannot share his grief at this insult with his friends for fear they would all laugh derisively at him.

I once laughed so hard when my brother said something that I sprayed him with the milk that I was starting to drink. When he got up from the the table to clean himself up the silhouette of his head was left on the wall behind him in fine mist milk spray.
I'm not sure but I don't think cows can do that.

Cows drink water, not milk. So no, milk will not come out of their nose. What you see is most likely snot.
