nothing happens...the term 18 hour bra means that it is meant to provide comfort for 18 hours

nothing other 6-8 hours of the day is when you're sleeping and not all women wear a bra at night, so the 18 hours that you're awake you don't have to be in pain if you're larger breasted and these bras offer the most comfort, from what I've heard. I'm sure you could wear them much longer, so no they don't fall apart or stop working after a certain amount of time.

Nothing. 18 hour bras are meant to be worn all day. 18 hours is pretty much all day. The reason that they're called 18 hour bras are because they're very comfortable all day. :]

hahah i like all the funny answers... but in alll seriousness it means it can stay comfortable for the 18 hours you would be wearing it then its not... but i dont think any 18 hour bra would be any different from an "8 hour bra" ....
but im kinda hoping for that pumpkin answer...
& every time i get dressed in the morning ill wonder what gourd my bra will turn into

Nothing...for me, those are like 24 hour bras.
*Note to everyone: "18 Hour Bra" is a brand made by Playtex or some such brand. Supposedly it supports you well...
