No sir. We have very little control over the way we look. Ok sure..... some cosmetic things we do. pfffffft. But it is our behavior we DO have control over. If someone is amazing in the sense that they think logically and clearly and speak with grace and ease and behave in a manner that is so respectful..... intelligent..... witty and fun...... THAT is what speaks out loudest of all. We can control what decisions we make... we can control what paths we choose.... we can control our treatment of others. It's just so wrong to judge someone on appearance when we are born with what we are born with. It's what we become on our own that makes us who we are.

I do not judge people by appearances but by the content of their character. If I judged by appearances I would be a hypocrite because I would have to look in the mirror and say I had no reason to judge any body by appearances.

shea i have that tendency

like at school i would judge people by their looks
and once said to myself
i would never talk to that person
but then i met her
and she was kool
and we started talkin

its funny how people can sometimes turn out to be completely the opposite from my judgements

you know what i mean?

Yes, IF I can see them.... (If not, I am either attracted to, or repelled by, or somewhere-in-between, their avatars... smile....)
Everyone does; regardless of what they prefer to think. It is automatic, and unavoidable. It is not a lasting, set-in-cement judgement, but absolutely.
Thusly, the old saw about "never getting a second chance to make a first impression..." }:>
BTW... how's that beautiful O'Shea cross??? Hmmm....?

At first yes. But I know it's not the best idea...can't help it. I try to get to known the person afterwards if it's at a social gathering...but if it's just a person walking by, I just forget about them

Looks mean nothing when a friend is what I want. How a person looks tells me nothing of how their personality is.
I take time to know the person and see what I think of them.
