Is there any proof out there that porno shops lead to criminal activity?

You never see any of the patrons hanging out in front nor do you see any kids or other none-patrons hanging around outside of them either. I would guess they are pretty safe to live around (but creepy none-the-less).

I doubt it. Most people would prefer a porno shop because the perverts that go there keep to themselves and dont bother people with noise or other chaos. A fast food restaurant or other hangout for teens would be noisy and have alot of loitering and chaos.
