I don't think you should be offended. The word nasty can mean different things for example:
1) If you do something out of the ordinary that people don't normally do, like talking to people while chewing food in your mouth, some would call that yuck that's "nasty"
2) If you're out on the dance floor and grooving and shaking you booty to the beat, some would call it doing the "nasty" dance.
3) Or you can say call me Ms Broken<3Wing if you want to be "nasty"
It all depends on the how it's use, but if someone uses it to put someone down in a discussing way, then I think being offended would fit the situation but the majority of the time it's not offensive.

It relies upon in what way they're sayng i'm nasty as in specific situations being nasty is a robust subject and is meant in a sturdy way. in the event that they advise it in a sturdy way then no i'm no longer indignant via it in any respect. yet while they advise it in a foul way then i would not like it too lots.

I would...confront that person, definately. Then again you could just brush your shoulders off and not let it bother you..that tends to get under people's skin as well.

Depends on how they meant it, nasty might be a good thing if it was meant sexually.

nope, maybe you should feel sorry for them because for them to call you nasty, they have to be insecure of themselves....i try not to let what other people say bother me because its my life and i dont care what anyone thinks of me!!! neither should you ;-)

Nope. As long as YOU don't think you're nasty, no one else's opinion applies. Do you, honey!

well that depends on how they were applied to you or said to you. so if someone said with a mean voice and you know that it hurt you feeling. you should let them know that they should stop or you can sue the for sexual harassment.
