I agree with the issue of Jimmy on Eminent domain. Very well stated. I think term limits must be set for ALL political leaders. Senators and Congressmen that have been there for 30 or 40 years do more harm than good.

Eminent domain. It's wrong wrong wrong: in common law legal systems is the inherent power of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or rights in property, without the owner's consent. It goes against what this country was founded on.
