When does the patent on Loestrin 24 expire?

I don't know of any other 24 active pill brands and there no generics on the market!

The patent for most medicines run for 17 years but thanks to ammendments in certain laws that were put out by the FDA (if you are in the U.S.) generics are being allowed to be made sooner.

So that means that the generics could be coming out next year. I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well to see what they say.
