i really want to be on disney channel. i know it's a long-shot, but i am not letting my dream die, no matter what anyone says. my question is, are there any celebs who landed decent acting jobs without any prior experience? thanks for any response! :)

Tara, it is more than a long shot. If you have no experience and no training and you do not have your parents working at making you an actor, you do not have a dream, you have an hallucination. Celebs who are the children of celebs yes, ordinaray folk, no way.

The olsen twins did. And just like them, you will get paid next to nothing your first year and if the series doesnt take off, thats the end of your career.

Landing a acting jog: possible.
Landing a MAJOR acting job: improbable. But possible.

get an agency you did not say what state you live in soooo here are some in different places: http://www.cftech.com/BrainBank/MARKETING/TalentAgcy.html definately has one for you it is free of course cause they get 10% of the money you make and you need a perfessional picture and adution at ALOT of agencies go to this one i gurntee it will help, modelsearchamericia.com I spend $10,000 total in all he classes i took (not reccomened) they scammed me :( and to go to model search america you need about $1,200 it is worth it!!!!!!!! classes that cost alot SCAM i learned that the hard way :)

loads of ppl get acting jobs with no experience.
just find out when an audition's on and go down to try out.
you can always try again.
it's best to get an agent as well.
good luck:]
