In the US you need a Federal Firearm License.

You need a license to sell firearms. It's a very specific license, and hard to get. Have you considered another profession or product? Don't you think there are enough guns in the world at this point?

it depends on what kinds of guns you are planning to sell. you can google laws that are in your local area. You could probably also call your local police station and ask them about it and if they cant tell you they can tell who to call:)
