The thing is I have no job, the income comes from my husband who does not have an ssn at the moment. And to make things worse I have very poor credit. Its at 548 I believe. I am the only one on the deed. With all of this in mind, is there any bank that would give me a loan at all....

Well, dreams are free...and you are dreaming.

You have no way of paying the money back without an income. Therefore, no legitimate lender will front you a dime!

Probably not, even if you own it free and clear. Having no income doesn't show you'd be able to pay back the loan - and they want their money back, not your house. If your husband doesn't have a ssn, then he's working illegally so they aren't likely to count that.

The problem is any lender will want to know how you propose to pay it back. If you have no income and you're the only one signing for the loan, how can they approve it?
