Ava Brooklyn is pretty.
Alyssa is overused, I don't know how to pronounce the second one, Arielle is okay but Aurora is kindof weird. So I'd go with Ava.

Ava or Aurora.... Just a thought though, Brooklynn looks a bit strange written out. The double Os and Ns don't match the first name.

Aurora Brooklynn. It's pretty, and unusual without being bizarre. Ava is also very pretty, but it's much more common than Aurora.

Ava Brooklynn or Alyssa Brookelyn are my favorites. Although I prefer Ava Brokke or Alyssa Brooke.

Aurora is a beautiful name plus you could use Rory as a nickname!!!!! ADORABLE!!!!!!!!
The middle name Brooklynn just seems to flow perfectly with Aurora!!!
