guardrailjim say's "10mm wrench = 6mm bolt, 12mm wrench = 8mm bolt"
This is most common but not always the case as you will find alot of Honda motorcycles and atvs with 6mm bolts that take 8mm wrench and some Yamaha's with 8mm bolts that take a 10mm wrench and 10mm bolts that take a 12mm wrench.

metric bolts, either 8mm or 10mm, stop being a cheap-skate and go to ur local hardware store and pick up 2 or 4 of each size and end up spending less than a dollar, and keep the bolts you didn't use in ur tool kit, cause you may need them later.
CHEAP-SKATE !!!
