Browns/Steelers is a rivalry game, and those types of events often yield surprises. It wouldn't be unprecedented: in 1999, the Steelers destroyed the Browns on opening day and consequently were unprepared to meet a much improved version of the same team later in the year and ended up losing. That could certainly happen again. Both teams are playing well. The Steelers should win, but I've said it before: worse Browns teams have beaten better Steeler teams than the 2007 editions.

I think they do have a chance. They have a very high powered offense that should be able to get some points against the Steelers. I really like what Derek Anderson has done for the team. If they protect the ball on offense, they should get some points. On defense, the Browns aren't very good. But I haven't been too impressed with the Steeler offense either. Yeah, I know that they slaughtered the Ravens. But those points were off of turnovers, great field position, and blown coverages by the 4th and 5th string cornerbacks the Ravens had to use. THe Steelers offense line doesn't give Ben enough time. So while I think the Steelers will score quite a few amount of points, I don't think it will be too high for the Browns to keep up with.
The key to this game will be if the Browns can not commit costly turnovers. They do have a chance though, and a pretty decent one too.

for each and each and each guy or woman who say its not an disillusioned by means of fact the Steelers suck this 12 months, look on the all time checklist the Browns have against the Steelers. it must be an disillusioned. If the Steelers are undesirable, the Browns this 12 months are undesirable. effective they gained on Sunday, although the Steelers very own them and each and each Cleveland fan is unsleeping it. to not element out the sport is in Pittsburgh. Parker consistently runs greater effective helpful at living living house. Nate Washington stepped up interior the merely proper game so no Ward isn't super quite against the Browns.

Yes, when the score is 0-0.
After that the Browns won't have a prayer!
The Steelers are a veteran team.
They won't go into this game resting on their laurels from the first Steelers/Browns game.
They realize that the Browns are not that same team and have improved since then.
But, the results will be the same.....a loss for the Browns.
Steelers: 35
Browns: 20

its possible, but dont count on it.
the steelers will be attacking Derek Anderson all day and they have no running game really. I look for Kellen Winslow to have a big day. And Ben Roethlisberger and Willie Parker will probably tear this defense apart. I think Steelers win by 20 but if Browns get some defense going and Derek Anderson can find a way to score on this defense, they could do it.

Yes. The steelers will think that this game will be a cakewalk and not play as hard because of the beating they put on the ravens. If the browns play well, they have a chance of winning.

I think they do... the steelers resume still doesnt have me convinced that they're a top AFC team. They beat the browns, buffalo (before the started coming together), 49ers, and then lost to arizona...recovered well against seattle, then lost to denver, then beat a not very good cinci team, and then the ravens basically beat themselves last monday... Derek Anderson knows to get the ball to his best player (B. Edwards) and jamal lewis is coming off a 4 TD game... I'm not saying that cleveland will win, but they definately have a chance. besides its football, anything can happen.

Its going to be tough there are the key ingredients to a Browns win.
Establish the run with Jamal Lewis
Throw more to tight end Kellen Winslow
Force Roethlisberger to win the game
