Ok, I am 13 and havent started my period yet so I was wondering if you think I am close.
Ok so heres some info:
Age: 13
Discharge: hmm more than a year
Boobs: small A...
Pubic Hair: about 2 years... i think
Growth Spurt: long time ago.
Height: around 5"
Weight: 82
But i have this problem... I have an eating disorder... I don't eat meat, veggies or fruit.
Please answer this kindly. If you think it is gross just leave and don't leave rude comments!

my mom got it when she just turned 13... and I am almost 14! My mom said I should of had it already. Do you think that not eating meat, fruit and veggies would make a difference?

You should be pretty close, but no one can say for sure. At what age did your mom start? That's usually around the age you'll get it too. I didn't get it until I was almost 15. In my opinion, the older the better. It's not that fun to deal with every month.
Oh and by the way, I don't eat meat either and haven't since I was 11. Maybe that did play a part in me getting it late, but I'm healthy and if you are too don't worry about it. I would recommend trying to add some fruits + veggies to your diet though! They're not that bad.

You need to talk to your parents and go to the doctors. Your weight and eating habits could be preventing you from getting your period. It is very brave for someone so young to admit that you have a problem but now you need to be even braver and admit it to a family member and ask for help. Please get some help.

My daughter's doctor said there were certain changes in the nipples that could give an indication of how close you might be, but no one else could really tell. No way to know, it will start when it starts.

i have the same exact problem with fruit and veg.. dont worry it'll come when it comes i dont think it really affected it for me but you might just be a late starter dont panic.. when it comes you'll be thankful for these days! x x

I was always told you follow what ever age your mother was and it takes longer for women under 100lbs.
