take lessone after school or get a one on one coach even practice shooting hoops by yourself or with a friend then stun everybody by joining a team. The more you practice=the better you will get. Even get a book like "basketball for dummies" and research babketball tips on google.

k. first off start with dribbling make two lines about 30 feet long. dribble to one line then crossover back to the other. slowly add spins behind the back and speed dribbles to it. .practice your lay ups. id say 250 - 300 a day. then move to free throws. make at least a 75- 100. that means make that many not shoot that many shoot as many as u have to. at end do some post drills like superman (stand on one side of the backboard about 3 or 4 feet from it. bounce the ball off the backboard shuffle over get it on the other side. repeat as quickly as possible for about 2 minutes. then do again and again.) for hand eye coordination u can also do a tip drill. ( stand on one side of the backboard jump up in the air hit the ball of the backboard then tip it back up continuously as many times as u can.) it helps a lot. if i knew your height it would b easier to help u.

hope that helps.

Get a book on Basketball fundamentals and practice the basics. Keep practicing the basics, when you can master the basic elements of basketball you will be able to play at a very high competitve level. Keep at but most of all have fun.

practice alot. practice dribbling. go into the basement, or a dark place and just dribble for atleast a half hour. do that a few times week. you can blindfold yourself also. find a good concrete wall, and practice throwing the ball at different spots trying to hit the same spot over and over. for aggression, i'd say lift some weights or do some exercising. push yourself to go further and really feel the burn.

Just go and have some fun with it.

practice over and over, do many of the little things such as layups, adn practice moves over and over, around 500 times gets you to do them in a gaem automatically. shoot around 500-1000 shots a week, once u do that do 500 a day, thats what i do, and practice dribbling while sprinting.
