Most of the people I party with are sailors, and they love to drink. So instead of giving that worried look, their smile gets bigger as the drink gets stronger. Then they'll say stuff like "What a champ!"

I usually say "now" and then yell at them for stopping and say "I said now, not 'when', you weren't supposed to stop until I said 'when', you bumbling idiot!"

Though it doesn't always turn out well (especially if the host is pouring the drink) so if you want to stay at the party, I don't suggest doing it...

Depends on the party. Some parties are so boring that a stiff drink is the only way to survive it.

Sadly I'm not invited to anymore parties because of that scenario

I love getting that look. I do wait till I get it to tell them to stop.
