I recently got my side mirror of my Altima knocked off while it was parked on the side walk. It didn't get knocked off completely though, just hangin'. I went to buy some crazy glue to fix it back, but now, the next morning I found that there was some crazy glue that was draining down the car from when I tried to glue the mirror back, and it already dried. I tried to wipe it up, but it only made it look worse. How do I remove this krazy glue stain from the side of the car?

By the way, if you don't think that the side mirror will stay glued on, can you suggest something else I can use to fix it?

super glue debonder(hobby shop)...or finger nail polish remover, but it will probably dull the finish...try wd-40 first, spray it on,let it sit awhile, see what happens...acetone is main ingredient in polish remover.i have heard dry ice does the trick, never tried it or seen it done, sounds scary....GOOD LUCK.

try "goof-off" http://www.valsparglobal.com/val/resident/goof-off.jsp this is the best stuff i've ever used. I used it to remove a beach permit from my trucks painted bumper and it didn't ruin the paint.

As far as your mirror, glue won't hold it, buy a new one.
