I need to buy a sofa for the living room. I thought the cheapest store is Argos, but is there any shop that is cheaper?

all the sofa sales - summer sale, spring sale, autumn sale, christmas sale, easter sale - is all a bloody con !!!

they are overpriced and then reduced to make it look like they have been made cheap... just be careful, look at all the shops and make sure you read the small print incase you are going for part payment

argoes are good, but make sure you measure your door, and work out if the sofa is going to fit through your main door, or you will end up having an argument with delivery guys who will not be very happy taking it back incase it does not fit through.

good luck !

Check with friends/family see if anyone is getting rid of any sofa's.. I got my brother a really nice sofa/loveseat coffee tables and end tables for FREE... Also, check out resale shops/Goodwill and Salvation Army.. You may have to slipcover it but, it won't cost much.. good luck

before you part with any money----look in the classified ads; and make sure it has a fire retardant label sewed into the base. Or even try the freecycle site
