i mean they let go of byron in the beggining to the season when rosters were cut down and now garrard and quinn gray are both hurt how would they feel now?

Garrard will be back. The qb problems are a temporary thing. They need to keep giving the ball to jones-drew though. He is better than F. Taylor.

not really. Garrad is coming back real soon and Leftwich makes too much money for a back-up. I like the Jags and feel they have a legitimate shot of going to the playoffs. its a shame though that they are the least popular team among NFL fans.

why? garrard and leftwich both ended up hurt, quinn gray was going to play anyways.

not really, Leftwich was getting less mobile year after year after year. The Jags rely on defense and a good running game but injuries will kill them and they need better recievers.

They had to part ways with Leftwich; if they kept him, it would have been extended drama.

Leftwich feels dumb for saying in The Sporting News, "If I stay healthy this year, we'll go to the playoffs. That's what I call counting your chickens before they hatch.
