Stop hanging upside down! If you really can't resist the urge to suspend yourself by your feet, set a timer and restrict yourself to say 3 minutes maybe once every few hours so you don't damage yourself too much.

The blood vessels in your body have valves in them. If they are not working and the blood is literally running to your head, you may die. I expect you will be fine tho' since the valves will be doing their job, albeit under greater strain than usual.
