Stumbled across this on my PC and don't know if I should install/unistall it. It looks printer related (I'm not pc savvy).

I already have a Pixma MP150 I'm using. Is this for docs, pics, printing?

Omnipage is an OCR package that turns scanned document into editable (by word processor) documents.

Scansoft/Ominpage is an OCR (optical character recognition )Software that converts Pdfs to editable files or to speech. Great if you need to edit Pdf files. It will also read a document out loud depending on your computer. Hope that helps.
