Ive got the basic starter row down, now i need to know how to start the 2nd row. Im going crazy trying to figure it out! If there is a GOOD source online, that would be great. Thank you!

if you go to www.lionbrand.com they have "learn to crochet" instructions with illustrations so you can see how it is supposed to look after each step for each kind of stitch you could need to know. also lots of free patterns for all kinds of stuff!!!

hook the wool and insert the hook into the first chain, or if tepattern cals for the third chain from the end, whichever, (with two threads above the hook and one below) then hook the wool (still having the hook through the chain) and then withdraw. uh, id need 2 show u, best o luck anyway, from a first time crochet-er!!! iv dun 2 scarfs and am about 2 start a jumper! easy once you know how :)
