Well I understand hence the word "DESIGN" you can use a lot of things photoshop, gimp, fireworks, and plenty of others... just look for "photo editing software" and you should get a whole shelew of results.

Are you asking to put your signature onto an image that can be uploaded to some blog or other forum-based website?
If so, all you need to do is scan it in!
