$440 from JFK to Dublin ( Aer Lingus)
$510 from JFK to Brussels ( American)

It is hard to get under $400 now because high tax and fees in Europe.

I am very confused by your question!

First, I'm not even sure that "recently a couple of year" is logical, if not a paradox!

Second, are you asking for particular air fares for curiosity, information, or for bargain hunting?

Third, if you give a number, such as "$400", then you're limiting the answers, because many people will assume that's the lowest you received.

Fourth, despite asking folks to give you city and airline names, you didn't say which cities or airlines applies to the "$400"! In other words, did you simply pull that number out of a proverbial hat, or did you find a real airfare at that price? If the latter, for what dates, cities, and airlines?

Regardless, the airfare wars constantly change the schedules and rates, so any answer that anybody gives you today, may be moot, tomorrow!

Try again, dude! And this time, in English! ;)
