I don't think anything about that person. However I do think that people who post their photos and ask if they are pretty are attention seekers. Maybe try a better picture next time. The angle is all wacky and you can't really get a good look.
Funny how you are telling people answering YOUR question to grow up when YOU are the one asking people their opinion of you.

Is that you? She looks like a normal girl, you know. I like her sort of punk/rock style with the eye liner and clothes - is that a ballerina skirt? (I could never pull that off when I was younger, now I think I'm a bit old to try!) She looks fine - maybe she needs to just relax in her own skin?

I can't see anything. I mean, the picture comes up, but it's a crappy picture. You can't see anything of the actual person except one eye. Sorry, but I don't know what I think.
