Question about "half body" people.. can you help??

Okay, So I was watch Maury, and RoseMarie the half body, do they have vagina's and it it possible for them to have normal births and sex? or is it in vitro? I am not trying to be biast just totally curious.

There was a special about one on Discovery. She had a child naturally. I think it was the same woman.
The husband ACTUALLY said...ON TV...that the sex was "better' because she had no LEGS to get in the way!!!
