No. That would be terribly dishonest and demonstrate a serious flaw in a relationship. Good relationships about built on honesty, trust, and respect for the other person. If a woman is trying to become pregnant and her boyfriend/husband thinks that she is trying NOT to become pregnant, there is a serious issue there.

No, but I know a girl who did that to her husband and now that their baby is here the father barely helps with anything and is too preoccupied with school and work to spend time with his wife or his kid. I would NEVER do that to my husband. I want him to be happy about being a daddy, not pressured or stressed.

No. Our baby was a surprise. I was on BC. But we are excited.

My husband and I keep an open line of communication and trust and I truly couldn't bring myself to hide something like that from him.

It takes two to bring a child in to the world, so it should take two to know about it, and make decisions about it.

No, just the opposite. I was always telling my husband to be careful but he admitted to purposely being "less than quick on the draw" I wanted to wait a year. He was obviously ready now!!!

How is that really possible? I mean if your trying to get pregnant, you kinda have to be on the same page with your partner. I guess you could stop taking your pills and just not tell them and yes that would be bad.

No but my mom did when she got pregnant with my little sister. She stopped taking her BC and 6 months later ended up pregnant with my little sister. I was 17 and watched their marriage almost end because of it. They worked it out but I still think it was a horrible thing to do.

Nope. We've been in this together from the beginning. I wouldn't want to push him in to something he wasn't ready for. He even knew the first day that I missed my period. I couldn't imagine not telling my best friend everything.

It just happened and the first thing I did was tell him. Apart from that, I would never treat him so horribly. I love him too much and it is his decision too as much as mine.
