I have had 4 festivas, and this is the first time that I have had to swap a motor or anything major on any of them. Took the motor out of a festiva that was ready for the grave yard due to excessive rust and just plain worn out(shocks, struts, brakes, door hinges, fuel lines, etc.) the motor in that peice of junk ran like new, smooth as can be and no oil burning. Now, in the new body, it runs poorly. I don't have the exhaust hooked up yet, but otherwise everything is the same. Any ideas?

Sounds like everything is not hooked up. Give it a good look over.

Runs poorly---what does that mean. How do you know how it runs when you can't hear it. ?
