Yes, I look on my local utility bills where you can donate to the needy. My local utility is run by conservatives. I know them personally. Many of them are philanthroposts who give huge amounts to charity. Thank God for people like them who look out for the little guy.

Most states and utilities already have assistance programs set up. Just a quick Yahoo search produced 3 that I could find.

Besides, "Neocons" as you call them have no problem helping the truly needy. However we object when children are used as human shields by the Dems, as in the recent S-CHIP fiasco, in trying to expand the program into the middle class and above.

Maybe if the liberals would let us drill for oil in ANWR and off the coasts, we could bring down home heating oil prices to reasonable levels. But the Libs don't really care about solving a problem for good. They just want to use these problems as weapons to beat up on the Neocons with.

Their are many good church and non secular charities that Republicans and conservatives run, sponsor and donate money to that help those who are unable to help themselves.

These organizations generally do a much better job at helping those in need, because they do not have as much buerocratic red tape to cut through.

Which is why your so called neoCons beleive the government should not be in the job of helping. Let those who know how, do it, so that those in need can get the help they need.

ROFL
how ignorant of a postion can you be.
Neocons would like to open the US oil reserves and drive the cost of oil to about 25% of what it is today.
Cutting the cost of heating homes by 75% is more than the neo libs are willing to do

You are confusing a neo-con with a Republican. Neo-Cons would be just as likely to provide heat as Democrats. Republicans would not consider this a government responsibility.

Why don't you go cry to Al Gore or John Edwards. They both use enough power heating their mansions to heat the homes of a city of seniors.

Why should I have to pay for them to heat their homes?

Personally I am planning for the future, so that when I become a senior citizen, I can afford to pay my bills.

Or get a bunch of wood burning stoves to heat the home.

Sometimes life is cruel.

Guess what those neocons do give more of their own time and money to help the poor than liberals.
