If you're 16, I'm not sure why you'd need more than an hour.
The "refractory period" is the amount of time after coming once before you can come again. It gets longer the more times in a row that you come. It can be just a little while in teenage boys, but tends to get longer with age. If you're drunk, hung over, or drained from a lot of wanking yesterday, it's going to be longer. More than all that, each guy is different.
If you're young, strong, and haven't already drained yourself, maybe you can - maybe not.

Some can do up to 3 times in two hours, so what prevents them from doing 4 or more in a 5 or 6 hour span?

Depends on your age, level of excitement etc.. Most people probably cant accomplish this but im sure there a some. Why would you want to bust 4 times in a 6 hour period. It seems a little obsesive. Attempt it only if she looks real freaking hot and/or worth the pleasing, otherwise why bother.

We go on cams in swinging rooms and on CAM a friend came 8 times in 45 minutes (no joke) a month ago

in my younger days I could do 4-5 in an hour max.

Yes I have eaten on occasion 8 or 10 times in a day so the answer is yes a man can eat more than 4 times a day

Yes, been there done that many times when we are feeling so damn horny, but its not an every day practice. I do like to have a life as well, not to mention my balls would sting 24/7.

Seems like a lot of clean up.... hahahaha....
Besides the boys will be working pretty hard down there, you might need some ice.
Here's a better idea, Go read a book and get a decent job.
Pay your bills and stop thinking about your private parts.

If he gets some rest in between sessions. It's possible but won't happen on the first try. You have to build up to it.

Some. It depends upon the length of your "refractory period" (time between ejaculations), the amount of sperm you produce, your level of excitement, your age, physical condition, etc.
