lmao, its a famous video game translation. when it was transalted to english from wherever it came from, the english was improper "All your base ARE belong to us". video gamers just found it funny and it became pointed out, because they found it funny. this video was just made by someone who just wanted to take it another step forward by making a video /w photoshopped places with that 1 phrase

The movie is an internet phenomenon based on a poor translation of the video game Zero Wing. There's a techno track mixed in there based on the music of the game. Part of the translation reads "All your base are belong to us", which is, of course, somewhat ridiculous as far as it's English structure.
