Yes, I think so because statistics will prove that many deaths or injuries could have been prevented in school bus accidents if the passengers had been wearing seat belts. Oftentimes, victims are thrown out of the buses upon collision. It is ridiculous that belts are required in passenger cars, but not on buses.

yes we should have seat belts of school bus because its safer for kids

No: I don't think so because nobody would actually wear them. There's really no way to enforce it.
