Right now, you don't. You support your future colleagues.

For the future, you go to school. Get into a good college writing program for screenwriting, make some good connections, and go from there. Always write, even outside of class projects. Keep a notebook by your bed and with you at all times to jot down ideas that you get. Expand on them when you can.

You can visit websites for writers, join forum discussions, read books, anything that you find inspires you. Read scripts whenever you can. Read trade papers and know what's going on in the industry.
