Yes, it is rare, but, yes.

It is remotely possible.

The pill works best if it is taken approximately the same time every day.

It will not be as effective if you vary the times you take it, if you forget to take a pill and miss a day, if you are taking certain medications that affect its potency, or if you have been sick and vomiting and didn't absorb the pill into your system.

If you are not good about taking your pill consistently, please consider a backup birth control method, like condoms.

Good luck, and I hope this helps! :)

It is possible. The pill is not 100% effective. It is rare though if you take it the SAME TIME EVERYDAY. Also, antibiotics make the pill ineffective. I would also use the timing method of when you are most likely to be ovulating just in case you are in that rare small percentage that is ineffective.

The point of birth control pills is that they prevent pregnancy.

But birth control pills are about 98% effective, so it is POSSIBLE to get pregnant on pills, but it is also pretty unlikely, whether he ejaculated inside or not.

about a 5-8% chance on average taking into account the proper administration of the pill (every day same time)

i did.. and i never missed a pill... take in to account certain medications reduce the effeciveness and even taking it a few hours late can cause pregnancy. Its unlikely but nothing is impossible... good luck.
