There is also a lump on my left testicle. I don't have health insurance so if anyone knows a cheap, easy way to fix my problems, let me know. Thank you.

Sounds like you need to see a doctor.

I'm not sure if there is a cheap, easy way for you to do that where you are.

You may well have a urinary infection.

The lump in your testicle might be nothing much but the worst case scenario is that it represents testicular cancer. You would do well to have an ultrasound.

Here in Australia if you are unable to see a doctor you can usually just refer yourself to an Emergency Department.

Perhaps you can do that where you are.

Have a look at the links below if you need more convincing to see a doctor!

It sounds like a bladder or kidney infection.. they will cause both pain and blood in urine... You really need to go to the doctor and get some antibiotics before it gets any worse... drink plenty of water and cranberry juice, they will flush your kidneys out... But seek professional help immediately and good luck!

that sounds serious - a med center is pretty inexpensive (where I live its $60 for a visit) and they should be able to tell you what the problem is.

testicular cancer, dude you have to go to the ER......you could have a major infection, twisting of testes which you can lose if blood flow is cut off.... get going.....
