Title and/or artist that did the song with video that has Ron Jeremy playing a bartender?

Pretty sure it was a Reggae-like song about 10 years ago. Video is a poolside scene and Ron Jeremy plays the bartender nearby. Anybody know this song?

Nope, pretty sure this was like barely a one hit wonder. Maybe big in another country? Singer was skinny black guy.

For some reason I'm thinking it's "Just a Gigolo" by David Lee Roth. But probably not.
