Actually, The Bible does not say Christ was born on Dec. 25.
If you read what was going on, The Shepherds where in the field at night. This they would of done in the Spring, Not in the Winter. Also Joesph and Mary did not live in Bethlehem. They were there for a census. Which I believe was also done in the Spring.

Heh. That's funny.
Actually, Christ was not born in December. In fact, he was probably born closer the June. We celebrate this in Winter because that's when (a) the other winter holidays are, and (b) sometihng with the position of the sun and moon, I don't really know.
But, yeah...that's funny. Mostly because 12/24 is 1/2, not 3/4.
