Sorry, I have two jobs and seven kids, do all the housework, laundry and other domestic things, as well as managing the household finances and tending to his father, who is ill. I do this because I knew when I had a large family this is what it would take. I love doing it for my family because they are well worth it.

Perhaps instead of worrying about making him see how hard it is, you should find a way to take joy in being able to have what many can't have. A job, children, husband, and home are all things to take pleasure in.

He's probably thinking, "How come its so hard for her to understnad that I work too - help out with the house - take care of the kids - too..... But she gets to whine about it to me all the time? I do it without complaint b/c that's what having a family and responsibility means...."

I bet he ALWAYS hears compliments from you for helping out and working / etc....

You've got to give what you want to GET !!

Does your husband work??? I need more information here, if he is not pulling his weight, then I would try to talk to him and ask him for help, and if that does not work, try counseling.

Let him do it for a week while you go on a trip out of town. He will be so glad to see you he might even shed a tear.

With kind regards....Finn.
