Did you crave the same foods in all your pregnancies?

Question

All I wanted was baked potatoes during my entire first pregnancy. And brownie fudge ice cream sundaes with whip cream and a cherry on top.
Will I have different cravings with my next pregnancy or should I stock up on potatoes again!?

My first pregnancy I craved chicken wings or any type of fried meat, the same with my second, both were girls. With my fourth and last (boy) I craved salads and chocolate mousse-I ate both every single day-the mousse was Target brand, it is so good! For my first 2 pregnancies I was so ill even thinking about any kind of soup!! My third child was also a girl but I can't remember , the pregnancies kind of blur together!! Wait until you crave or can't stand something to stock up I think, you never know!! ** Why a down thumb? What did I say wrong? I gave an honest answer!!

Have had 4 babies each I had one craving in common Salsa & chips. But I had others too. Like my first was cleaning products (I didn't eat them just like the smell of Comet!) and O.J..
The second was pretzel and hot cheeses from the mall.
The third was fried potatoes cooked with pepper flakes.
The last was hot chips and hot cheese dip.(Yummy still love that one) also cleaning products again. Weird both of them I craved the cleaning stuff were my daughters.

With my son I craved grilled cheese and had to have one almost daily for lunch. I also craved potato chips with chunks of raw sweet onions on them, and sauerkraut...which was the strangest one because I use to absolutely HATE it. With my daughter I craved different things. I lost 6 pounds in the first trimester because I craved fresh fruit and veggies...still ate protein and whiole grains, but no junk food passed my lips. I couldn't stand the smell of the potato chips this time.

Every pregnancy is different....I craved fruits and veggies my first....taco bell chicken club gorditas my 2nd...subway my 3rd...and different things with this one. Like today I really want ice tea (lipton with lemon) and yesterday all I wanted was yellow starburst....oh and red licorice....a double cheeseburger from Burger King...oh yeah...grilled cheese just sounds so yummy doesn't it?

So yeah...don't stock up on anything yet. You might just find that you can't even stand the sight of them next time around.

I would wait. With my daughter, all I wanted was Taco Bell and ice cream. I'm now 26 weeks with #2. Taco Bell makes me sick to even smell it (now I want Big Macs and normally the thought of them churns my stomach). The ice cream I can either take or leave. It really doesn't matter either way.

Yes rubber..with all 3.
At the moment I'm chewing on a big rubber band and I love the smell of hot water bottles...but I've been the same with all 3 pregnancies...weird!

I would wait, it may be the same or could defiantly change. This is my third pregnancy and my cravings have changed every time.

when my mom was pregnant with me, she craved seafood... when she was pregnant with my brother it was Italian food, and my sister she ate whatever she could get her hands on! Turns out whatever she craved ended up being our favorite foods!

every pregnancy is different i craved beef monster munch on my first, peanuts on my second and classic bars on my third. just enjoy it.
