probably before armageddon to win the crusierweight championship back or before januray for the royal rumble. either way he gonna win the cruiserweight champsionship back and it will probably be a fight between chavo, noble, shannon moore and helms

probly later thn january mb backlash/judgment day he did break his neck which is probly the worst injury you can do and it was estimated he would be out for about a year
