i am 13 and have had discharge for 3 years today. my boobs have 2 years of development. i have hair underarms and pubic. i need to know when i will start my period. i think i am pmsing but i am not sure!

Should be soon I would say. Don't fret about it because stress can trigger problems with your period. Just relax and sit back and wait lol. Just make sure you are prepared stick a pad or tampon in your school bag, keep some at home and take some if you go out anywhere (nothing more awqward than getting your period on holiday or on a picnic or something).
Your period will come in it's own time, possibly soon by the sound of it. If you don't get your period for another year or so you should consult your doctor about it.

Honey, you are probably going to be getting your period very soon. Both for myself and my oldest daughter we began our period and didn't know it. We had a slight brown discharge, not enough to wear a pad, just make our underwear dirty. But it was actually our period. Eventually, it changed and became more red in color. If you are experiencing a brown discharge, that is your period. Good luck.

Nope, there is no way at all to say when.
The way you are no could go on for another 2 years, or you could get your period tomorrow.
It's all about the hormones... your body will produce them, whenever it feels like it.
Even tho you don't get your period, does not mean you still can't pms. Pms is cause by ratical changes in hormones, hell even boys go thru what women refer to as "male pms". That's because their horemones are going crazy, so they start acting crazy.

well i know u here this a lot but it is so true, everyone's different.
i got mine when i was 12 and i wasnt that much developed on my chest. i know two people who got it in 4th grade, some in 5th, 6th, 7th, and some who got it this year (i'm in 8th). i think u'll probably get it soon. and i know its akward but ask ur mom when about she got it for the first time. b.c i was off about 2 years from when my mom had it.

I had my period when i was twelve sounds to me like your going to get it soon it's here you have all the syptoms already so welcome to woman hood there and well it's part of life!!!
