I'm not pregnant or anything but I was just wondering, how pregnant do you have to be for it to show up in a blood test.

In order to be considered pregnant in a blood test, your HCG level needs to be at least a 5. Keep in mind, that is a VERY low number. My first HCG test 14 days past ovulation was 126.

Usually you can tell by blood work before you can tell by a urine test, at home or in office.

About the week you'd be PMSing, or a week before you're late.
