When I lived in Tennessee and had the same carrier for ten years, I would tip him $20.00 in a card at Christmas time. Now I live in the city and don't even know my mailman and they are never the same two days in a row anyway!!!

Before I moved to Chicago I did. We lived out in a more rural area & our mail man was so sweet. We would leave him little things in the mailbox.. (Holiday cards, gift certificates, etc...)

I do. I also think it is a good idea to leave them presents or whatever on Christmas or any other big holiday. Believe me, it makes them sooo happy. Just no chocolate!
