Loose?
After a vaginal delivery a woman will never be the same unless the baby was very small.
However... Many women really start to enjoy sex after having a baby since they are no long "tight" as this can lead to discomfort.
I have been a Labor and Delievery nurse for 7 years now and there is a difference between women who have had babies and women who have not. This is why a first baby takes a long time to push out and subsequent babies sometimes almost fall out or require just a little bit of pushing.
As for "loose" I wouldnt use that term. "A little looser" perhaps but nothing to worry about.

NO! That is an old myth!! Actually, the thing returns to normal and from what i understand the relations are actually much better!! The body is made to adapt to those circumstances but is also very resilient in returning to normal. It is hormones that cause dilation that ONLY occurs during childbirth!!!

That's highly variable, but in most cases, it is stretched permanently by a little bit. Not enough to be considered "loose" by any stretch of the imagination. And most people don't notice it.

It is really important to do kegel exercises to regain firmness after giving birth. I have vaginally delivered two children and thanks to kegels there is no difference down there. My husband concurs :) They are really easy to do and you can do them while sitting down, driving, anywhere really.
